PRODUCT INFO

Where do you make your apparel?
Our products are printed in and shipped from partner facilities in NA and the EU. We only use certified eco-friendly and ethically-sourced fabrics in our apparel.

How should I select my apparel size?
To select the best size, we recommend taking a shirt that fits the way you want, laying it down flat and measuring the distance from one side (just below the sleeve) to the other to obtain your chest width in inches.

What are the recommended care instructions?
To preserve both fabric and print quality, we recommend following these steps:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach when necessary. No fabric softeners.

  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang-dry.

  • Cool iron inside-out. Do not iron printed graphics directly.

  • Do not dry clean.


Are your products official anime merch?
Our anime and manga inspired designs are entirely fan-made and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any major companies or brands unless stated.


PAYMENT & CHECKOUT

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through either PayPal or Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express. Apple Pay is also accepted on supported devices.

Will I need to pay customs charges on my international order?
Your package may be held at customs for clearance depending on the destination country’s laws and regulations. Any duties or other import fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout for orders placed within the US and from certain regions outside the US. All product and shipping charges are in USD.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order destination.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number for your package. This usually happens within 5-7 business days after an order is confirmed, except for pre-order or limited edition items.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Please allow the following delivery times after your order has been placed:

  • United States: 1-2 weeks

  • Canada: 2-3 weeks

  • Rest of the World: 3-4 weeks


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
We strongly recommend first contacting your local postal service or designated carrier with your shipping details and tracking number. If you suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please submit a customer support inquiry within a month of the delivery deadline so that we may investigate the issue.


RETURN POLICY

Can I amend or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders within 24 hours of their confirmation. Customers are advised to amend or cancel their order during this period, if required. Please submit a customer support inquiry as soon as possible. Only size and shipping details can be amended. Canceled orders will be refunded in full.

Pre-orders for limited edition or limited sale items cannot be canceled.

Can I return and refund my item?
All sales are final. Once an order has begun processing or been fulfilled, it cannot be amended, canceled, exchanged or refunded except under special circumstances. Replacements will be offered free of charge for any misprinted or damaged items (see below).

What should I do if I received a misprinted or damaged item?
Orders undergo a strict quality control stage before they are packaged and shipped. If you have received a misprinted or damaged item however, please submit a customer support inquiry within a month of your package being delivered in order to be eligible for a free replacement.
